Katherine was our realtor for buying and selling a home in July 2019 and she was great. Her knowledge and experience helped in selling our home and buying a new one as painless and as advantageous as possible. She helped us navigate all phases of both transactions and helped us overcome any obstacles. I have purchased and sold a home as FSBO and I do not know how I managed it without a realtor like Katherine. I won't be selling or buying for a long time because Katherine helped us find the perfect house but if I ever do, I will user Katherine again.
