By far the best real estate agent, and I've done business with a few diff. Before. Katherine really goes the extra mile without asking. She's always there available through calls or txt messaging very convenient, marketing efficient, and has outstanding negotiation skills, knowledge of the buy/sell process, staging skills, and vision to make your deal (wether it's selling or buying) happen. Definitely recommend Katherine and will keep working in the future

If you are looking for a realtor----Katherine Coughlan is the person you need. I met Katherine when she helped my son find a house to buy within 48 hours of him reaching out to her. When I was ready to sell my house of 33 years, I knew that I wanted Katherine to be my realtor. I had no idea where to start once I made the decision to sell my house. Katherine was with me every step of the way, being very patient as I asked question after question. She advised me on staging my house for showing, on listing prices and the overall selling process. I had 2 offers within 3 weeks, of which I accepted one. I then had to find a new house. Again, Katherine came to the rescue. Within a few weeks, Katherine helped me find an amazing new home. I knew it was the house for me as soon as I walked into it. I felt that Katherine genuinely cared about me and my family. Her knowledge of the market, her willingness to teach, and her patience made all the difference. I would highly recommend Katherine to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Our daughter decided to attend LSU. Katherine helped us find a condo that was safe, close to campus, had all the amenities we were looking for and fit in our budget. She was amazing and helped us every step of the way. When our daughter graduated LSU Katherine was there again to help us sell our condo. She knew the market and guided us on how to prepare our unit for sale, when the best time to list was and had an easy to use showing app, so we always knew what was going on. We adore Katherine and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
