My wife and I had worked with 3 agents in our efforts at selling a lot that we owned in The Country Club of Louisiana before locating our Angel, Katherine Coghlan. We wrongly assumed that the heavy hitter agents could get results quicker. Boy we were wrong. Through divine intervention we called Burns & Co. and were connected to Katherine. Katherine did an absolutely awesome job for us in selling our property on Hundred Oaks. It was an older home that needed a few touch ups to get ready for selling. She knew the exact places to invest in to make an older home sale-ready. She knew and arranged all of the contractors for us too. We live in Shreveport and did not want to come for the closing, so she was our Power of Attorney for that too.You will not find a more professional REALTOR® than Katherine. She will definitely handle any real estate transactions that we do in the Baton Rouge Market.

We were very excited when our oldest chose LSU for Graduate School. The next step was to find her a place to live, we turned to Katherine and what a terrific choice that turned out to be. Katherine was able to work with us and our daughter to find an amazing condo. Katherine was very knowledgeable about the area and found us several excellent options in our budget. Since we were from out of state and had limited time for our search, Katherine put together a solid list of showings for us. We were able to find a great condo for our daughter and negotiate a contract in 72 hours. Katherine coordinated the inspections, worked with our lender and we were able to close in 45 days. This is our 7th property in our 5th state and we are very pleased with our choice. We would highly recommend Katherine to anyone looking to move to the Baton Rouge area.

Katherine was so amazing in getting our home sold! I had never sold a house before and had so many questions and concerns. Katherine honestly, patiently, and cheerfully answered and addressed all them. She gave us so much information on the local market and how she was getting our house out there and kept us updated on results/feedback on showings for our house and other property listings/sales. Katherine also has the best contact list for anything that you need addressed for your home to prepare it to be sold (all who we used were very honest, quality companies), and her photographer took such beautiful pictures of our home for the listing.
