I got everything I wanted at closing and Katherine even introduced me to a lender that was more responsive and easier to work with. Katherine has the best resources for AC, Inspections, and she gave me a link to RD maps that changed my life. I would recommend Katherine to anyone and everyone looking for a new home. We have been wanting to downsize for some time. For literal years, my husband has ridden around looking at homes and calling many an agent inquiring on listings.
