My wife and I recently purchased a home in Baton Rouge and Katherine was our agent. I cannot put into words how pleased we were with the way Katherine handled the purchase. There were several abnormal hurdles that had to be crossed with our transaction as there issues with the sellers cooperating and also financing, on our part. Katherine ensured that we were always protected, every step of the way, and provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new home and we both acknowledge that would not be possible if it were not for Katherine's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication.
