We liked Katherine very much. She was very helpful. I Never felt like she tried to push us to buy any particular House. She showed us a lot of houses and gave us the time to choose what was right for us. We moved because my husband retired. I don't intend to ever buy another house. I wish she could have helped us sell our house in Houma.

Katherine did an absolutely awesome job for us in selling our property on Hundred Oaks. It was an older home that needed a few touch ups to get ready for selling. She knew the exact places to invest in to make an older home sale-ready. She knew and arranged all of the contractors for us too. We live in Shreveport and did not want to come for the closing, so she was our Power of Attorney for that too.You will not find a more professional REALTOR® than Katherine. She will definitely handle any real estate transactions that we do in the Baton Rouge Market.
