Larry is very perceptive and asked great questions to get to the heart of our needs. We knew nothing of the Baton Rouge area and had literally one day to find a house as we were coming from out of state. After seeing just a handful of houses, Larry quickly realized that a lot of the houses for the rest of the day on our line up weren't going to meet our biggest priority in a home. He literally took a "time out" with us to dig a little deeper and access what we were really needing and then he pivoted to align the rest of the day with our needs. We found our dream home that day thanks to Larry!
