The market was turning into a buyer's market and Don gave me great advice that helped me sell and close exactly when I wanted to. His calm demeanor is also a huge plus in what can be a stressful process. Would recommend him to anyone! We sold well above listing.

Being from out of town, it was extremely helpful to receive recommendations for house services as well as places fun places for food and drinks. She even provided some advice and guidance on what house updates/improvements will best set us up for re-sale in the future since we move around quite a bit. Katherine is fantastic to work with!!
