What stood out for us in working with Katherine was her kindness, knowledge, expertise, attention to detail, her willingness to be available, her responsiveness and sustained communication throughout the process. She quickly understood what my wife and I was looking for and was able to narrow down the listings that came on the market that best met our needs. It was evident she has the skills to negotiate and make sure we had a successful closing. We knew we were in good hands from the beginning to the end. Being from out of town, it was extremely helpful to receive recommendations for house services as well as places fun places for food and drinks. She even provided some advice and guidance on what house updates/improvements will best set us up for re-sale in the future since we move around quite a bit. Katherine is fantastic to work with!!

It was my second time buying a house with Katherine and Cory. In both occasions, I successfully purchased and closed on an ideal house in a very short time. Their teamwork and initiative allowed us to check out several homes in the area in a short time. Also, for both homes, I was the first person able to view the home as Katherine got us in on the day they were listed for sale. This gave me a great advantage on getting the home before anyone else.
