Katherine helped me buy my first condo a few years ago, and she made it such a smooth transaction and minimized the stress. When I was ready to sell my condo and buy my first home she was the first and only person I thought of to help me. She was amazing with helping me prep my condo to put on the market and throughout the entire sale, as well as finding and helping me purchase a new build and helped with the selections. Her contacts were a huge help from inspection repairs to mortgage lenders and title companies to recommendations for fence installation at my new house. I highly recommend her and will use her in the future!

Katherine assisted us in both buying and selling our homes. She was recommended to us by our Son-in-law ,who had worked with her, but in a different division there. The house that we purchased was quick ,but we had not purchased in over 20 years, so we needed help. The condo that we sold, was definitely a niche market, but Katherine helped us in staging, open houses and in her constant attention to detail. It is evident that she is in the to of her field. we would both highly recommend her for giving the best service ever.

By far the best real estate agent, and I've done business with a few diff. Before. Katherine really goes the extra mile without asking. She's always there available through calls or txt messaging very convenient, marketing efficient, and has outstanding negotiation skills, knowledge of the buy/sell process, staging skills, and vision to make your deal (wether it's selling or buying) happen. If you are looking for a realtor----Katherine Coughlan is the person you need. I met Katherine when she helped my son find a house to buy within 48 hours of him reaching out to her. When I was ready to sell my house of 33 years, I knew that I wanted Katherine to be my realtor. I had no idea where to start once I made the decision to sell my house. Katherine was with me every step of the way, being very patient as I asked question after question. She advised me on staging my house for showing, on listing prices and the overall selling process. I had 2 offers within 3 weeks, of which I accepted one. I then had to find a new house. Again, Katherine came to the rescue. Within a few weeks, Katherine helped me find an amazing new home. I knew it was the house for me as soon as I walked into it. I felt that Katherine genuinely cared about me and my family. Katherine, along with her trusty sidekick, Corey, have helped me purchase and sell several properties over the last few years.
