Mary Jo Kjeldsen  has held her real estate license since 1978.  She became interested in the Corporate Relocation Division in 1980 and found a passion for  counselling and assisting the corporate buyer and seller transferees.  Mary Jo recently retired from her position as Relocation Director of Burns and Company and now serves as a consultant to the Relocation Department and as a licensed agent.She received her Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and later earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 1991.  She is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and  the Relocatiion Directors Council (RDC).  As a member and  chairman of numerous committees in her local real estate board, Mary Jo  has served as President of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS.  She received the REALTOR of the Year Award in 1997 and the Humanitarian of the Year Award in 2005. She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Business Administration and has transferred numerous times with her husband and family before settling in the Baton Rouge area.
