Lake Summerset is a new developement in Ascension Parish. It is located off of Duplessis Road between Airline Hwy and Tiggy Duplessis Road. It is close to Hwy 73, Interstate I-10, and US 61.

Lake Summerset is centered upon a 16 acre lake. There are 8 styles of homes being built in Lake Summerset. They range from 2132 to 3146 of living square footage.
